/Microsoft is slated to make available to a selected group of testers a new build of Windows Vista this week. This isn't the mega-Community-Technology-Preview (CTP) release that originally was expected in April.
Build 5365 is a much more modest interim build that will include a number of interface tweaks, performance tuning and other sundry enhancements.
Microsoft says it is still on track for the consumer CTP to hit in the second quarter. Microsoft watchers are expected that build to hit next month.

New Vista Build
Yeh, we've heard about this... but still can't confirm whether it's 5365 or not. I guess we'll just have to wait and see :o) I'm already there - spare computer in our server room ready to go for the new build... and our new 8MB broadband should certainly help an awful lot! :oD

To be fair though Andre, the speculation usually amounts to *something*. Not sure if it's just good guess work, but they were right in saying it's going to be a build very close to 5365, and that it's going to be released soon. Also the "speculation" with bug-fixes... that could well be guess work, but hey, they weren't 100% wrong ;o)

It looks like Build 5365 is only going to be Released to the TAP Beta Tester's (who are Under an NDA for any TAP Beta Releases), so it looks like we won't be seeing Build 5365 Screenshot's anytime soon, that is unless it also gets Released to the Technical Beta Tester's as well (which means that the TAP Beta NDA would no longer apply).
